Rédemption, 1901, a bronze medal by G. Dupré, semi-naked man kneels at feet of the Virgin to kiss the feet of the baby Jesus, sheep in fields behind, rev. naked man at altar, 73mm (CGMP p.167; BDM I, 653; BM Acq. 1978-82, pl.41, 69; cf. DNW 47, 671). Good very fine, nicely patinated (£35-45)
