Charles II (1660-1685), Pattern Farthing, 1665, by J. Roettiers, in copper, laureate bust left, short hair, rev. Britannia seated left, loose drapery below elbow, edge straight-grained with raised central line, 7.67g/12h (BMC 418). Very fine and nicely patinated, extremely rare with this edge (£250-300)

SNC February 1999 (410), where incorrectly described as BMC 424
