Alex Edward Giles was born in 1930 and enlisted at Chatham on 15 January 1948. Posted to the Middlesex Regiment in Hong Kong in May 1950, he served in Korea during 28 August 1950-4 May 1951. He was discharged on 20 August 1957 due to ‘ceasing to fulfil army medical requirements’. Sold with (worn) Regular Army Certificate of Service.
