Moore], winged figure of Fame preparing to crown an artisan and his female partner with a wreath, naked female kneels at left, rev. Fame with trumpet overseeing a view of the exhibition buildings, two putti with tablet in foreground, named (Awarded to John C. Burrow for Mining Photographs), 51mm (Allen –). Extremely fine and very rare; in official maroon gilt-blocked case of issue by Vaughtons Ltd, Birmingham (£80-100)
