Kaplan’s published roll confirms Trustram’s entitlement to the above described Queen’s Medal with clasps for ‘Rhodesia’, ‘Relief of Mafeking’ and ‘Transvaal’, for services in the Mashonaland Division of the B.S.A.P., and his subsequent appointment in the rank of Lieutenant to Kitchener’s Fighting Scouts.
