Elizabeth I, First issue, Shilling, wire line and beaded inner circles, bust 2, with panel at bottom of bodice, mm. lis (N 1985; S 2555). Very close to extremely fine, legends and shield on reverse generally sharp, excellent portrait, but with a faint inverted U in field to left of crown on obverse, perhaps an old collector’s mark (£200-250)
