Heckmondwike, Yorkshire, 28mm by 24mm, in 9 carat gold and enamels, obverse centre with dove of peace, below which is a laurel, inscribed ‘W.M.C. Heckmondwike welcome home’, reverse inscribed ‘Presented to H. C. Brooke for meritorious service to your country, Great War 1914-19’, with ornate scroll and loop suspension, some enamel damage to wreath, otherwise nearly good very fine £100-150
