Gordon Highlanders, 2nd Volunteer Battalion, a scarce other ranks white metal glengarry badge, c1887-1908 usual style badge with a small scroll brazed on at the base, ‘2nd V.B.G.H.’; together with a similar badge to the 6th Volunteer Battalion, standard badge with small brazed on scroll, ‘6TH V.B.G.H.’ (Bloomer p93/94) (2), on the first item the brazing fluid has extended on to the front of the extra scroll but does not obscure the lettering, otherwise excellent condition overall £100-120
