Racing, Racing: Doncaster Racecourse Subscription Stand [established 1826], an octagonal silver pass by Wilson, two racehorses galloping to left, FOR NOBLEMEN AND GENTLEMEN below, back named (No.45, John White Esqr, not Transferable), 55 x 37mm (D & W –; cf. Baldwin FPL 1993, 72 and 1994, 138). Polished and with some surface marks, otherwise about very fine and extremely rare; in a contemporary green leather fitted case (£1000-1200)
