Trooper James Alfred Little, Royal Horse Guards, was one of 371 British Servicemen who died on active service during the four-year Cyprus Emergency, April 1955-April 1959. He was killed in a road accident on 6 June 1958, aged 20 years. He came from Downham, Kent and was buried at Wayne’s Keep, Cyprus.
