Sold with an accompanying piece of paper in which the coin has been wrapped, printed by D.W. Carroll, Dublin, and inscribed in two different hands, “Sov. of George III, 1820”, “A present from dearest Mary [Savage], Tuesday 19 Dec. 1888,” and “To Adeline from her father John G. Savage, Thursday 10th August 1950, who received it from his aunt Mrs Dunscombe.” An interesting (and probably Irish) heirloom
