An early 20th century openwork rectangular diamond brooch, set throughout with old-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds, with cartouche-shaped detail to either side, white precious metal mounted, (unmarked), total diamond weight approximately 3.4-3.5 carats, length 5.4cm. £1500-1800
