Boxing prize medals, including R.A.F. Halton Barrington Kennett Trophy Medal, reverse engraved ‘1928 Junior Boxing Winning Team No. 4 Wing H. D. Smith’, generally very fine (lot) £100-£140

Henry William Smith was born in March 1912. He enlisted in the Royal Air Force as a Boy and was posted to R.A.F. Halton in August 1927. Smith was a Coppersmith and sheet metal worker by trade. He advanced to Sergeant, and was discharged 21 March 1954.
