Henry William Smith was born in March 1912. He enlisted in the Royal Air Force as a Boy and was posted to R.A.F. Halton in August 1927. Smith was a Coppersmith and sheet metal worker by trade. He advanced to Sergeant, and was discharged 21 March 1954.
Sold with recipient’s Certificate of Service (damaged), and leather bound programme for The London Federation of Boys’ Clubs versus Boys of the Royal Navy, Marines, The Army, and the Royal Air Force, at the Royal Albert Hall, 27 March 1929.
