Harry Evans (Sheffield) enlisted on 28 January 1916, a clerk at Vickers Ltd. He served in 91 Training Reserve Battalion and was commissioned into the Machine Gun Corps, serving in France from 25 August 1917, with 95 Coy and 5 Battalion. He did not claim his medals until October 1940. Sold with copied service papers.
