Extremely fine, light grey tone, extremely rare; the finer of the two specimens in the Pridmore collection [certified and graded NGC MS 64] £2,000-£2,600

The great rarity of this type has led previous writers to suggest it is a pattern, a lead followed by the present cataloguer and copied by the third-party grader, yet despite the superior and unworn condition of the two Pridmore pieces and that formerly in the Fore collection, at least four other specimens noted have seen considerable circulation
