Private James Denholme served in North Russia in 1919 as part of Syren Force. On 5 April 1919 seven officers and 212 other ranks formed No. 1 Special Company, K.R.R.C., at the Depot in Winchester. The K.R.R.C. found three platoons, the Rifle Brigade one, this comprising 49 N.C.O.’s and men. Sold with a copy of the roll by Irvin L. Mortenson (O.M.R.S. Journal, Autumn 1993).
