Charles I (1625-1649), Thirty Shillings, mm. flower and b on obv., (from a Tower halfcrown die of Briot’s First Milled coinage), thistle and b on rev., 14.86g/6h (B 6, fig. 1006; SCBI 35, 1427-9, same dies; S 5553). Struck from rusted dies, faint hairlines on obverse, otherwise very fine (£300-350)
