Wilfred Bradbury was born in Malpas, Cheshire in 1893. A Butcher by occupation, he enlisted into the 20th (5th City) ‘Pals’ Battalion Manchester Regiment. With them he served in France and earned the M.M. for bravery in field serving with ‘A’ Company. His award was listed in the war diary of November 1918. With copied research.
