S 790D). Light surface deposits, otherwise better than very fine £90-£120

This appears a new variety with the dies not recorded in Abramson, Metcalf or Op den Velde. However, Series E Sceattas are the most diverse of the early Anglo-Saxon series and new designs frequently appear.
