This coin exhibits several additional minor flaws within the obverse legend: in VICTORIA the first I is without lower serifs; in DEI, all letters are without the lower left serif; and in GRATIA, aside from the unbarred A, the I is either without lower serifs, or they are poorly struck to the point of being undetectable.
