Arthur Charles Lyster Alexander Chalmers Duff was killed in action on 10 April 1918 whilst serving as a Lance-Corporal in the 4th Regiment, South African Infantry, and is buried at Messines Ridge British Cemetery, France.
Edmond William Henry Greenway was born in Kimberley in 1895 and attested for the South African Infantry at Potchefstroom on 25 August 1915. Posted to the Western Front as a Private in the 4th Regiment, South African Infantry, he died of wounds received during the Battle of the Somme on 17 July 1916. He is buried at Dive Copse British Cemetery, Sailly-Le-Sec, France.
