Amlwch, Parys Mine Co, Pattern Halfpenny, 1790, by R. Dumarest for M. Boulton, in copper, druid’s head left encircled by wreath with 19 acorns, hood worked in fine parallel lines, rev. pm co cypher, edge payable in anglesey or london and engrailed, 29mm, 14.54g/12h (DH 380). Some spotting, otherwise extremely fine with considerable original colour, rare £120-£150
