Delannoy for Arthus-Bertrand, robed female standing right, holding torch illuminating a map of the départements in north-west France, rev. coats of arms around legend, un-named, edge impressed bronze and with foundry mark, 81mm, 232.03g (cf. iNumis MBS 38, 1239; cf.
