British Iron Age, DUROTRIGES, Uninscribed issues, billon Stater, Omo type, devolved head of Apollo comprising wreath, cloak and crescents, rev. disjointed horse left, rectangular head, body of crescents, pellets above, four vertical legs, coffee bean motif behind, three lines for tail with cross-hatching design within, zigzag below tail, ringed pellet either side of large m in exergue, pellets around, 4.18g/5h (ABC 2172; BMC –; VA –; S –). Good very fine for issue, attractive dark tone £200-£300
