British Iron Age, ICENI, Saenu (c. AD 30-43), silver Unit, Saenu type, double crescent emblem on vertical wreath, rev. horse right, double upper right front leg, solid Y-shaped head, single dashes for mane, six pellets on shoulder, pelletal sun above, saenv below, 1.22g (ABC 1699; BMC 4540-57; VA 770-1; S 446). Well-centred and bright, good very fine £100-£150
