Henry VII (1485-1509), Profile issue, Groat, regular type, mm. cross-crosslet (additionally two pellets to left) on obv., cross-crosslet and pheon on rev., triple band to crown, reads agl z fr’, double saltire stops after dev’ and before mev’, single after mev’ reads vij, 2.99g/12h (LH 36; SCBI Ashmolean 824; N 1747; S 2258). Patchy patina with light staining, about very fine but slightly weak in centres, very rare £200-£260
