Hiberno-Scandinavian Period, Phase V, Penny, Dublin, in imitation of Cnut’s Quatrefoil type, very crude draped bust left (?), rev. short voided cross with pellet cross-ends within quatrefoil, pellet in each angle, blundered legends both sides, 0.91g/6h (SCBI BM –; Roth 188; S 6142A; DF 29). Clash marks, otherwise very fine, struck on excellent metal, extremely rare thus £600-£800
