Sergeant Christopher Murray was born in Mullingar, County Westmeath and enlisted at Birr, King’s County. He was killed in action France and Flanders 1 August 1917 whilst serving with the 2nd Battalion, Leinster Regiment. Sold with copy m.i.c. showing entitlement to 1914-15 Star.
