Jacob Caradice Green was born in Skipton and enlisted in Keighton whilst living in Broughton, Yorkshire. Serving with the 10th Battalion West Riding Regiment, he died of wounds on 29 May 1917. He was interred in Boulogne Eastern Cemetery.
