Margaret Alma Pringle was born in East London on 9 February 1910. She completed her training as a nurse at the Memorial Hospital, Bulawayo, Rhodesia, in 1934 and served in various hospitals in South Africa, 1935-39. She attested for service in the S.A.M.N.S. in June 1940 and served in North Africa. During the course of the war she married a Mr Macdonald. Becoming pregnant, she was discharged from full-time service on 10 March 1945. Sold with copied service papers.
Corporal N. Simon, Cape Corps, was wounded by shrapnel in the forearm at Gazala, 16 June 1942. Sold with medal forwarding slip. All sold with some copied service details.
