Dublin, Feinaglian Institution, 1816, a silver award medal by W.S. Mossop, Justice rewarding a youth being guided by Minerva, rev. wreath, named (Th. Belcher, Secundas Ferenti, Jul: 1819), 42mm (Gilbert 9; Frazer p.460). Cleaned in the past and with reverse edge bruise at 1 o’clock, otherwise very fine and very rare (£100-150)

The obverse die was originally intended for the Society of Arts in 1813, but was later purchased for use by the Feinaglian Institution (Gilbert, A History of the City of Dublin, p.129)
