A Great War pair to Lieutenant A.B. Rosher, R.A.M.C., who was a Doctor serving with the Anglo-Russian Hospital at Petrograd

Arthur Burch Rosher, M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P., D.P.H. , Temporary Captain, R.A.M.C. He was born on 6th December, 1886, and educated at St. Paul's School. He served with the Anglo-Russian Hospital in Petrograd and is mentioned several times in 'The Forgotten Hospital' by Michael Harmer: ‘Doctor Arthur Rosher, a young big chap of 32 from Charing Cross, was the Bacteriologist and if nothing else he became an expert on gas-gangrene. He was one of the original medical team and among the last to leave. In fact I believe he served longer than any other doctor.’
