Trooper E. H. Jose was awarded the Volunteer Force Long Service Medal, notified in I.A.O. 92 of February 1912. Circa 1906 he was employed in the Office of the Superintendent of the Benares Opium Agency at Ghazipur. Circa 1921 he was Secretary of the Municipality of Mussooree. With some copied research.
