DIVO AVG S C, Gaius, veiled, sacrificing at garlanded altar; one attendant sacrificing bull on altar, the other holding a patera; behind the group a hexastyle garlanded temple with pedimental scene of sacrifice, the roof ornamented with quadriga of Augustus flanked by Victory Acroteria, statues of Romulus and Æneas at roofline, 26.19g/7h (CBN 104; RIC I, 44). Obverse surfaces somewhat rough, otherwise very fine, yellow-brown Tiber patina
