Dominica, St. Vincent-Dominica, Authority of December 1797 on St. Vincent, Quarter-Dollar, MEXICO, a cut quarter segment of an 8 Réales, Mexico City, obv. countermarked with sv monogram raised within a shaped indent, rev. countermarked 2.6 raised within a shaped indent (Dominica, c. 1816-18, the Dominica Treasurer’s report of 1822 indicates 1/4 of a Spanish Dollar valued at Two Shillings and Sixpence), 6.86g/105.8 gr (cf. Prid. St Vincent 4 and Dominica 32). Coin mediocre, St. Vincent countermarks fair, Dominica countermark very fine, of the highest rarity £2,000-2,500
