Robert Hugh Turner, a native of Bristol who was born in October 1893, appears to have qualified for his campaign awards for services as a Medical Officer out in North Russia from April to October 1919. Latterly employed as an M.O. at Halton Hospital, he was transferred to the Unemployment List in February 1920; sold with copied service record.
