A carded display of 68 items comprising 14 large livery examples including Duke of Norfolk (postilion's very large gilt), The Marquess Conyngham, Leslie Family, Hay Family, Bisset/Fenwick Family, Williams of Balgray, Roberton of that Ilk. Very rare large gilt examples for Newcastle upon Tyne Pilots, Trinity House Kingston upon Hull Pilots (a superb mounted example), Aberdeen Civic Official, London and North Western Railway Dining Car issue (Froggatt p. 25 No. 11). Queen's Bodyguard R.C.A. (2 Victorian), Military Knights of Windsor (3 KC). Small gilts include 7 Eton College and 1 GIVR's Visit to Ireland 1821 'A Thousand Welcomes', Prussian Royal Household (a superb mounted gilt example). Military examples include several Officers' Mess waistcoat patterns and a few London Regiments, very good overall condition (68) £200-300
