London Gazette 12 July 1919 ‘The following awards have been approved.’

H.M.S. CHESTER, a cruiser of 5,400 tons, served with the 3rd Light Cruiser Squadron at the Battle of Jutland and was attached to the Grand Fleet 1915-1918.
