M.I.D. London Gazette 13 March 1925: ‘Fazal Dad Khan, Subadar, 4/10th Baluch Regiment.’
‘For distinguished service during the operations in Waziristan, 21st April 1923 to 31st March 1924.’

Fazal Dad Khan served with the 1/129th Baluch Regiment durign the Great War on the Western Front from 16 June to 31 December 1915, and then in East Africa from 1 January 1916 to 18 January 1918 (wounded). He served during operations in Waziristan from 1921, was Mentioned in Despatches, and was advanced Subadar Major on 30 June 1931, and Honorary Lieutenant on 1 August 1934. He was awarded the Order of British India, 2nd Class, on 26 September 1934, and received the 1935 Jubilee Medal. He retired on 30 June 1936.

Note: The 1/129th Baluch Regiment was re-numbered the 4/10th Baluch Regiment in 1922.
