1914-15 Star (M2-103001, Pte. S. D. Lavender, A.S.C.); together with the recipient’s Memorial Plaque (Stephen David Lavender) solder to reverse of plaque, very fine (2) £40-£50

Stephen David Lavender was the husband of Mrs N. Lavender of 13 Mill Crescent, Tonbridge, Kent. He served during the Great War with the Army Service Corps on the Western Front from 21 July 1915, and subsequently with the Army of Occupation, and died on 7 March 1919, aged 39. He is buried in Cologne Southern Cemetery, Germany.
