Co DURHAM, Gateshead, 1836 (2), silver and copper, from the same dies as previous, edges plain, both 32mm, 18.38g, 15.43g (Gardiner p.22; W 2696; D & W 302/20, 302/21) [2]. First with usual punch-mark after perambulation, extremely fine and richly toned, second extremely fine but has been lacquered; pierced for suspension £80-£100
