Greek Coinages, PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT, Kleopatra VII (52-30), Tetradrachm, Alexandria, yr 2 [51-50], diademed bust of Ptolemy Soter right, wearing ægis as chlamys, rev. πτολεμαιου βασιλεωσ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt, palm frond over shoulder, lβ above Isis head-dress in left field, πα in right field, 14.52g (Mørkholm, Alexandria, p.22; Svoronos 1817; SNG Copenhagen 398; BMC Neus Dionysus 2). Obverse struck slightly off-centre, otherwise nearly very fine and toned, an attractive example £80-£100
