Bank of England, trials on thick paper for £1, £5 and £20, ND (early-mid 19th century), consisting mainly of engine turnings and cartouches, and with the name of the engraver, ‘W.Palmer’ and various different addresses, at low left, some spots of foxing, but all notes lovely and fresh good very fine to extremely fine, very scarce (3 notes)
