Arthur Henry Moorhead was born at Port Louis, Mauritius, 1872, and qualified, M.B., C.M., Edinburgh, in 1893. He served with the Waziristan Field Force, 1894-5; with the Chitral relief force, 1895; Tochi 1897-8; China 1900, Relief of Pekin; War of 1914-18, France (despatches, London Gazette, 17 February, 1915, Brevet of Colonel). Colonel Moorhead died at Kyrie, Batheaston, 1 March 1916.
