Alan Ernest Harvey MacGregor-Whitton, Royal Scots Fusiliers, A.D.C. to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland from 5 April, 1917, to 13 July, 1917; Assistant Military Attache, Rome, from 15 December, 1917 to 23 February, 1919; A.D.C. to the G.O.C., Scottish Command, from 19 February, 1930, to 31 January, 1932. He served in France and Belgium from 4 October, 1914 to 4 November, 1914 and in Italy from 13 July, 1917 to 4 November, 1918 (wounded).
