Greek Coinages, Southern Lucania, Metapontion, Nomos, c. 340-330, helmeted head of Leikippos right, small dog behind, rev. ear of barley with eight grains, 7.84g/9h (HN Italy 1576; Johnston Class B.3; Pozzi 499; McClean 949). Some obverse die rust and with a hairline striking split at 4 o’clock, otherwise very fine, dark toned £200-£260
