Early Anglo-Saxon Period, Sceatta, Series L, type 15a, tall bust right with large eye, unknotted diadem ties and pyramidal torso, long cross before face, rev. figure standing within crescent (boat), holding two long crosses with looped arms, 0.93g/6h (SCBI Abramson 483; Abramson 34-20; N 68; S 804C). Very fine and neatly struck; of unusual style and rare £240-£300
