GERMANY, Attischer Hirtentanz, or Jünglinge beim Sirtaki [Youths dancing the Sirtaki], 1979, a uniface cast bronze medal by J. Henke [W. Füssell], three naked men facing, dancing in line formation with arms on neighbours’ shoulders and right legs crossed, moon with the head of Pallas Athena above, edge impressed w. füssell berlin, 147mm, 724.13g (DGMK 5, 28; Weisser p.379, 39; cf. Münz Zentrum Rheinland 188, 6395). Extremely fine, green patina, rare £150-£200
