W.A.F.F. D.C.M. awarded for the Kano-Sokoto Campaign 1903, for distinguished conduct at the storming of Kano, 3 April 1903. Only 58 Edward VII West African Frontier Force D.C.Ms awarded. He is also entitled to the A.G.S. medal with clasps for N. Nigeria and N. Nigeria 1902.
Sold with full details, including a copy of the despatches relating to the Kano-Sokoto expedition.
