The Uniform Coinage of India, British Imperial Period, Victoria, silver Quarter-Rupees (2), 1894c, type C/II, Calcutta, crowned and robed bust left, victoria empress, flower at left of lowest jabot, v on bodice at centre, rev. 1/4 rupee above india and date, all within scroll-like wreath of Indian flora, incuse c on whorl in lowest floral ornament, tip of wreath to right of top flower spiky, edge grained, 2.89g/12h (Prid. 399 [Sale, lot 149]; SW 6.320; KM. 490); 1896c, similar, edge grained, 2.92g/12h (Prid. 400 [Sale, lot 149]; SW 6.324; KM. 490) [2]. First good very fine but reverse stained, second extremely fine, obverse with patchy mottled tone £80-£100
